How Do We Work?
We start by reviewing the stage of the case (investigation/prosecution), notifications, and existing evidence. We then prepare statements/defense, an evidence list, and, if necessary, plan a reconciliation strategy. In commercial cases, contracts, invoice flows, bank records, and correspondence are critically important.
